[urq] Declared value : insuring a urq

I am using SafeCo on an 'Agreed Value' policy. It permits use of the vehicle except for daily work commute; and does have annual mileage limits.   My motorgeek documentation thread is my proof to the carrier of what has been done over time. We have agreed to a number that is reasonable to both parties.  When it is back on the road with the 20v conversion done - agreed value will raised accordingly.
