Im so-so with them actually, lets just say they are no longer my automatic first-choice.  I had pretty good luck with them for the longest time but then I went over two years without placing an order through them.  I had to eat shipping on a part that needed to be returned due to misinformation in THEIR database.  Yep, for $15 I spent all my money somewhere else for over two years.  I spoke to a couple people over the phone about it, and honestly they weren't unpleasant about it, they just wouldn't satisfy my request for them to pay the return shipping on the item.  


It's a shame because Im within next day UPS from them.

Strange,  and not making a plug for them, but that is not my experience.  I 
called one
time to enquire about something, I don't recall what, but the person was helpful 
or at
least polite.   Perhaps the person answering the phone was having an off day - 
no
excuse, but is this a regular thing?

What ever happened to Rod at thepartsconnection.com - great loss to us audiphile!

Has anyone every actually called AutohausAZ to order from a person?
 
I just did and WOW... if this had been my first experience with them, I would 
probably
never use them again.  Amazingly unhelpful and obstinate.
Typical old style condescending and rather-not-be-bothered treatment.  Very big 
Fail.
