time to enquire about something, I don't recall what, but the person was 
helpful or at
least polite.   Perhaps the person answering the phone was having an off 
day - no
excuse, but is this a regular thing?

What ever happened to Rod at thepartsconnection.com - great loss to us

Has anyone every actually called AutohausAZ to order from a person?

I just did and WOW... if this had been my first experience with them, I 
would probably
never use them again.  Amazingly unhelpful and obstinate.
Typical old style condescending and rather-not-be-bothered treatment.  Very 
big Fail.
