[urq] Vegas local with no power to coil

One of our guys is trying to get his car going and had no spark.  As per a couple threads below I had him check for power at the coil and in the ON position he had no power at the coil from either black wire at the coil.  Im not good with CIS or stock ignition - that was my primary reason for going efi.

Can anyone give a basic direction for him to look?  He's kinda frantic trying to get the car running for tomorrow
