[urq] Overboost Problem

If I'm not mistaking , the nipple at the top of the wastegate
should be connected to the nipple at the top of the iglo .
Thus allowing the wategate to "read" real intake pressure
at the cis inatke , instead if atmosferic .

In theory there's supposed to be no differential , but with a clogged air
filter there can be .

This is from heart , and it's a long time ago , so don't shoot me if I'm
wrong
Pat
