[urq] 3B Conversion + Vacuum Brake Conversion + BenHowell PS Pump bracket = question

Rob,

IIRC, I just slotted the upper mounting hole for the tensioner bracket.  I
don't remember any forward/backward movement of the pump being required,
just swinging the bracket outward a bit from the engine.  I can try to
grab a picture tonight to show what I'm talking about.
