[urq] Clutch Slave Problem?

... the way I read it there is no connection between the engine and
transaxle even after having released any pressure in the slave ... ergo, I
don't think looking at the master will be fruitful.  

Eric, If anything, the return force from the clutch should help you
extricate the slave cylinder ... it should be working to push the assembly
out the hole in the bellhousing.  If you have the roll pin out the slave
should come out ... although I find a bit of rocking radially can help to
work the slave toward the back of the car.  I usually use the base of the
flexible hose to rotate the slave ... 

It wasn't clear whether or not the engine was running when you did all this
... I don't know if it would make any difference ...
