Yes ... but you may have problems if you leave the unconnected temp sensors in the upper coolant hose flange.  

With the full conversion including the MAC11/14 the car should be even better WRT emissions, but then you will need to do the referee thing, and Andrew's horror story has me quite gun shy ...

Will an MC1/2 block & head combo smog in california if ran on WX CIS w/ WX exhaust & intake manifolds? Insight greatly appreciated! I know some have commented you can run an MC block & head with WX externals but I am unsure if this has any adverse effects on smoggability.
