Cant agree more, and have also been bitten in the past not necessarily from this list but from bad here-say on forums.
I dont have an answer for your question below, but do know that a Ur-q recently up for sale had the V8 rear brake swap completed. The ad for the car (already sold) is at http://audifans.com/marketplace/show.php?table=pm_audifans_Cars&id=4313 .. maybe the owner can help you out a bit?
If your in a real bind, my ur-q is going nowhere fast. Your welcome to some bits to get yours back on the road if need be, I'm local (ssf).
