[urq] Small chasis radiators

[brady zq]

Stock radiator with good shrouding and fan should do it.

It seems shrouding doesn't get much attention, but it's important/ If the cooling air doesn't actually go through the rad, who cares how big and efficient the rad is supposed to be?
