Jim,
Is the Thermostat opening? test: let it run, look at the temp gauge and feel your Radiator it should get hot. (watch you gauge not to let it pass normal)if it gets hot then it is working, then you should check that switch again make sure it closes the circuit at the rated temp.
It is cold here in CT, sometimes my fan doesn't go on because the air temp cools off the radiator when the car just standing in my driveway.

> Now, another issue. Flushed the old coolant, fresh coolant added, new thermostat, new 2-pin temp switch and a few new hoses. All good. Got the engine up to temp and the radiator fan would not switch on. Now, I do have the highspeed manually switched and it worked... for a while. I did not keep in running for a long timeI re-checked the thermostat alignment per the manual. I hooked up a jumper wire from the battery and tested the fan. It works. Checked the fuses, the relays and the connectors on the back of the fuse panel. All checked out. I know this subject has been covered many times, so I appreciate any insight to a remedy!
