[urq] Sudden lean running 10v

HEllo Mike:

Did you get a chance to check that the lines to the warm up regulator (both
ends of the lines) and the lines to the frequency valve were connected the
right way around?

I've heard that haveing them connected the wrong way around cal lead to odd
behaviours..
