[urq] Water leak into boot, lower well on each side

Thanks, that will be my first try. I need to pull the gas tank to have it
cleaned out, so that may let me see if the leak starts further forward; from
some staining towards the filler pipe, looks like it might.

RE: leaks - tail light seal. Solution: remove and clean off old sealer and
replace with new sealer. = most likely cause.
