[urq] Power steering pump, compatibility

Proceed with caution! For what it's worth, using a 3B pump EXPLODED my urq
rack in 10 seconds on my first attempt at adding power steering back.
Pentosin and little pieces of rubber everywhere and a really nice
useless custom hose as a souvenir.

It sounded like a CQ rack would fit in the urq and work at close to the same
pressure region as the 3B pump; however I just went the safe (and cheap)
route and bought a ZF reman'ed urq/4kq rack (with the excellent help of a
fellow lister) and jury rigged a 4kq pump using a combination of 3B and 4kq
pump bracketry. I did have to machine some material off the back of the pump
to clear the intake manifold, but otherwise it looks/works fine.

I also have my car fully converted to a CQ-spec vacuum brake settup ala
Javad's 80tq, so the bomb is totally out of the equation which may make this
information less than helpful; can't remember what the stock urq pump really
looks like hor how it bolts up, never had one. Bottom line is check the
design operating pressures unlike stupid me :-)
