Charlie Day's Ur-Q....ah that brings back memories... The first ride I ever took in one was with him, @ my first ever HPDE @ the QCUSA event @ Summit Point in 1993. Back then it was a 10V, and I remember it almost like it was yesterday.

No, it's not. That was Charlie Day's car, and it had a full RS2 engine
(intake and exhaust manifolds) plus he had the dual exhaust floor pan from
the Euro 20VT welded in when the car was restored.

If this car has a Wagner intake, it's probably not Charlie's.
