Intersting,After I saw your post I sat on the fence for 2 weeks then sent my WUR off to one of the guys who rebuilds them.  Brian @ 930wur.com.  Since then I have received back a rebuilt WUR with mechanical adjustability for cold pressure, warm pressure and pressure under WOT boost.In theory it also has a beefier diaphram to better deal with higher than stock boost and the heavy on/off boost nature for those who track their cars.  I can't speak to how it works as my car is down for other other issues but I look forward to using it.  [urq] utcis - order cancelled - RIP UTCISI cancelled the order. replies took days.   After a month of delays, excuses, and failed 
deadlines I gave up.  What a shame but you can't fix a problem on 
someone's wild dream . . .
