[urq] Phil Payne

Wow. What insight into the man we've known on this list for the past
decade. I appreciate that he wrote his autobiography -- which I have only
skimmed so far.

He will be missed -- and I will not judge his way of leaving this world --
apparently on his own terms. R.I.P. Phil and Godspeed.
