[urq] I've been saving the seized turbo from my urq for 8 years now

I save everything - but any point in saving this?  The vanes definitely don't turn.  I bought the car like that and had it replaced soon after I purchase it as I was lucky enough to find a new one for $300, although labor was at least that.    Can it be rebuilt? Should I just take it apart for fun?      No water cooling as per the WX engine.  Does it have a core value if buying another turbo?  Are fresh Turbos easy to come by?


Same with all the calipers from the car, pretty rusty looking, should I soak them in WD40 for fun or try to rebuild-em?
