[urq] removing old fuel from an urq that's been sitting

If you drain from below, just make sure you have plenty of appropriate 
containers handy. I seem to recall draining mine some years ago and in 
preparation ran down the fuel till it showed 2 gallons. When I drained it, 
there was more than 5 gallons in it!

I did mine years ago and IIRC, the outlet tube at the bottom will empty it
just fine. It sits in a recess at the very bottom of the tank so if the car
is level, all the fuel will be removed. Unplug it after you siphoned the
majority of the fuel in the tank from the filler tube. Or run the fuel pump
for a few seconds...
