[urq] rear wheel arches

I had a similar dilema on a Coupe quattro, (GT with quattro). I got an
outer arch repair panel from Germany, but I had to make the inner arch
repair in about 10 sections, all by hand, took a good few hours.....
I have a pair of very good URq rear quarters which I could sell you, but
I'm in Ireland, so shipping maybe a bit pricey.
