[urq] To 3b or not to 3b?

Considering Javad and his company is getting worse and worse with their customer service, I would avoid them. Their usual lines "oh we've not heard of anyone having that problem" litter the forums. If they would spend as much time on improving customer service as they did on damage control an getting posts they don't like deleted they would be much better off.
Even their hose kit they claimed up one wall and down the other fit the Urq, didn't. Claimed they never heard of that problem even after I told them I had spoken to several others with the same problem that had conveyed it to them. They finally admitted it didn't fit after sending me 3 sets of misfitting hoses. I offered to LOAN them my pristine OEM hoses to copy. After many months the hoses were made but not the ones I needed and then after another month of the run around I was informed the hoses I loaned them were destroyed in the process of using them to make their new silicone hose kit. I was not offered any apology, compensation, or an offer to track down new OEM hoses for me.....nothing.
This is only one of many many stories I know about in regards to their poor customer service. As far as I am concerned they have basically stolen from me.
034 can suck it. I won't even wear the 034 shirt I own in public much less a car gathering.
I have a nice photograph of the 034 sticker being removed from the EFI express trailer. I was not the only one cheering.
