[urq] sunroof water drain

Is there a way to remove the water drain hoses from the 
sunroof and pull them  out of the A pillar .
I suspect them to be leaky , and they are 30+ years old . 
But I'm afraid it's not going to be possible to replace them . 
A pillars are filled with PU foam , and most likely the hoses 
are stuck  in  the foam . 
If I start pulling them they'll most likely break .
