[urq] URQ door mirror

Easiest is to replace mirrors with those from a later coupe (the 4kq look
similar but do not match; internals are the same I believe so they would
work for parts in your housings).
Problem is there is a cast piece of pot metal inside that holds the springs;
it bends over time and releases the tension.  Either weld yourself up a new
bit to replace the cast piece, or try the later mirrors.

The door "mirrors frames"on my 83 URQ have lost a little of their spring
tension.  Is there fix for this problem besides buying new mirrors??  Thanks
