[urq] Passenger Side Rake Adjustment

To those who told me I was nuts to claim my '82 Coupe had rake adjustment
on the passenger side, I would offer the commemorative edition coupe for
sale on Audifans right now as proof. See the picasweb link for photos that
seem to suggest my memory was not destroyed in college.
