[urq] power assist fluid leak

The urq has developed a leak of power assist fluid. It is bubbling out of
the block that the bomb is mounted on. Right at the base of the bomb and
just in front of it is another round hole with a rod sticking up in the
middle. I tried unsuccessfully to find pix online to see if this hole should
have some sort of cover on it. I can't remember if there was anything there
or not. It seems too clean to not have been covered. Otherwise I wonder if
inside that block the bomb is mounted there's an o-ring that has failed.
