[urq] power assist fluid leak

After looking at some pix and the IST doc, it seems I do have a cap or plug
missing where the cut-off valve is. Not sure what exactly should be there.
Based on the diagram in the IST doc, it seems it might be a plug of some
sort, kind of like a freeze plug. If anyone can get a close up pic of that,
it'd be really helpful.

Ed, the IST doc has some diagrams showing details of the bomb, starting on
page 48 of the PDF.  Maybe those will help?  They don't show an o-ring or
crush washer for the sphere, but I would expect something there.  That rod
sticking up sounds like the cut-off valve.  If so, seems like you may have
