[urq] 4000Q rear axles

That is correct, all of '84 and mid production of '85.
I believe it was at the same time that the front sway bar mounting changed
from 1 to 2 bolt and subsequent change in bushing from old (NLA) to new
style.
Sort of a mid production running changes.
