[urq] Carpet

I'm not sure about the '84 4kq, but the '85+ 4kq has the short pile
carpet and holes for the floor mat anchors.

I used a 4kq carpet in my urq and transplanted the floor mat anchors.
Here are the measurements as to where they mount.
