[urq] Fuel pump check valve

All the efi cars I have seen have a check valve , either on the fuel pump
ore somewhere near it .
So I guess there's a reason for it .
Removing it could result in the fuel line empying itself to the tank wich
would cause
poor starting conditions . Pump would have to run a few seconds to build up
pressure ,
wich is otherwise maintained by the check valves .
The second check valve is the pressureregulator on the fuel rail btw .
Efi cars don't have an acumulator , so you're right in removing that one .
Altough it does no harm if you leave it where it is .
What I think you should add is the mushroom shaped damper wich
simply replaces the nut that ataches the fuel line to the pump .
Audi part nr 441906095 Did thesame to my AAN conversion .
Don't forget to coat it , we have harsh conditions underneath the chassis :)
>From memory , the connection is an M12*125 with an SAE flare , but I ought
to
check to be sure . Memory 's starting to wear to :)
