[V6-12v] Blower speed control

They heater blower on my '92 100 (automatic control) works fine from max to 
about 1/3 of the adjustment range. Below 1/3 to OFF the blower never runs 
slower. I know on the manual adjustment types there is a series of resistors 
to adjust the speed. I have the wiring diagram for everything else except 
the HVAC.
