[V6-12v] Project Audi - LCD clock in speedo

So.. on to the next project ..

You can tell all the major stuff is done I am getting down to the details now ! 

Anyone fix the LCD clock inside the speedo?. I looked while I had the dash out to fix the temp dispaly and it looks difficult. I can't even get to it. somehow I have to take the speedo apart and i can't even get the needle off. I think this is one I will leave alone but thought I would ask .
