[V6-12v] CATS for OBD1

In Europe, the change to OBDII was made directly after my model no was built
(mine is > 08.92) after that the ECU was changed and I believe corresponding
changes to OBDII also. Whether this is true or not, certainly not all these
engines are OBDI - definitely all models after '95 are OBDII.
