[V6-12v] How do you test injector spray on V6?

In trying to test for fuel on my no-start '94 100 S with V6
automatic, I got stopped by the fuel rail. I ended up cracking
the line into the fuel rail to see that, yes, fuel is getting
that far.
Can I test just one injector? It looks like the fuel rail
(U-shaped tube going around the top of the V6 intake manifold)
is common to all the injectors . That is, if I try to remove
the fuel rail, all the injectors will (try to) come with it.
I've seen instructions for the 5 cylinders, but on those there
are individual lines from the fuel regulator/distributor(?) to
each injector.
And please, correct me if I'm wrong.
