[V6-12v] Headliner falling down... Hints?

Take a look under the headliner to see if there is a foam backing on the roof 
panel. If there is a foam backing then the chances are that after you spray 
the adhesive on the headliner will still separate after a while because the 
foam underneath is crumbling. This is what happens with the earlier Audi 
models, but I don't know if they used the same application method in the 92 
models.
