What he said.
The ISV can be cleaned: <http://www.audifans.com/twiki/bin/view/Audi/IsvCleaning>
The O2 sensor is a common point of failure, especially if it hasn't been changed in 60K miles;
it is also "cheap" and easy to replace: <http://www.audifans.com/twiki/bin/view/Audi/OxygenSensor>
Vacuum leaks are usually old hoses breaking down:
<http://www.audifans.com/twiki/bin/view/Audi/CheckingForVacuumLeaks>

The slow wipers may just need to be lubed:
<http://www.audifans.com/twiki/bin/view/Audi/WiperMechanism>
Or the wiring/connectors need to be cleaned and dielectric greased. Or the
brushes are worn and it may be time to replace them or the motor.

(Wow, the KB is really working! :)

As for the luggage compartment cover, Chris at Force5Auto.com can probably
provide it for you.
