[V6-12v] 94 90 CS Quattro Sport Possibly for sale

Hello all,
 
I have a chance to purchase a 96 VW Passat TDI Wagon, which in my current situation should save me some $ on fuel. But if I do go through with this sale I will end of selling one of our other 2 cars either the 94 Audi 90 CS Quattro Sport, or the 97 Eagle Vision TSI.
 
I am wondering what those on this list believe that I should sell the Audi for, what you would consider it to be valued at. It has about 180,000 miles, runs and drives great. is Metallic Green with Beige leather interior. Has heated seats, climate control, and most of the other nice features. There are only 3 problems that I can think of at the moment. They are as follows:
 
First, the front bumper surround has cracked on both sides. This is just mainly a cosmetic problem.
Second, there is an oil leak, not sure exactly where it is coming from, seems to be coming from the left rear of the engine though.
Third, The A/C does not work. There is a hole in the condenser, I have had it on my schedule to repair for each of the last 2 years, but by the time I have been able to afford the parts it was later in the year and it isn't needed over the winter up here in Wisconsin so I have just let it go.
 
The car is located near La Crosse WI, I have owned it for about 4 years and have driven it about 65,000 miles since I purchased it.
 
It has had the timing belt, Water pump, thermostat, and idler pulleys replaced within the last 5,000 miles. and I have used Synthetic oil in it since I purchased it.
