[V6-12v] No start fault

Hi Clive,

Good question! No, I haven't eliminated them yet. I've been having problems
pulling the fault codes from the car. I tried using a paperclip to bridge
the relevant black/white sockets but the check engine light didn't come on
at all. Since it should respond, even if there are no stored codes (I
believe with a 4444 code) this is not good.

Does anyone recall the 'test lamp method' where I believe one can use a bulb
to get the code flashes? Since I have another car with the same engine
currently, I can swap in parts with relative ease, but it would be useful to
know if any fault codes have highlighted a specific sensor before spending
days swapping bits over...

By the way, it's not starting again, despite firing up 5 times normally
today, it's now dead once more...

Cheers,
James
