[V6-12v] 96 A4 sagging lip around passenger air bag...

Hi Brian,

It's rubber I believe...kind of a rubber over foam.  It's part of the whole
dash panel.  I was thinking contact cement may work just fine?

glued/melted/fused onto the foam padding underneath.

    It's on the passenger side, so I'm not too concerned ;-)

    How was this fastened in the first place? It had to be glued, with
    something like contact cement.
