[V6-12v] Pinking under light throttle

Did you fix the hesitation?  If not you probably still
have the vacuum leak.. Check EGR.  IT some time
doesn't throw a code.

Also , who changed the timing belt last?  Did they use
the proper tools or swag it.  Sometimes the timing
belt replacement if not done with the proper alignment
tools will get the the engine "close" enough to work
properly.  As things stretch a little the system goes
a little out of bounds of ECUs ability to totally
compenate. ping ping. The last time I saw this it
through a code though.

 I would clean the EGR, MAF, and TB and check all
seals.
