[V6-12v] Radiator Fans not switching in correctly...

Hum...that hasn't been my experience. If you shake it, and it doesn't
rattle...it's not working. That was the state mine was in, and replacing it
with a new one (and the new one rattled) solved the problem. So, I'd say,
if it doesn't rattle...the odds are it's bad.
