Austin,
The bend was done on a mandrel machine. The price was very reasonable, but 
then the price of the cats and the rest of the material was under $100 and it 
took the mechanic less than an hour to cut the old system out and install the 
new section. The mechanic at the  Meineke shop that did  the work won a 
Meineke sponsored national level contest for custom exhaust work a few years 
ago, so the shop has some very competent installers.
This shop is southern New Jersey if you are in the New Jersey area.
