[V6-12v] OK, I have the CD player for my 96 A4...but where the heck is that connector?

Hi,

Has anyone actually fished the connector out of the car to hook up the CD
player (who didn't have one originally) for a 96 A4?  I can't find the
connector for the life of me.  Now, I didn't rip out the insulation off the
side of the trunk yet...but if I had some good idea of where this
cable/connector should be, like underneath the tool well, that would be
quite helpful in finding it.
