[V6-12v] Non-Starting Car

Thank you to all for your input. directions, and suggestions.  I have ordered the necessary "cam positioning sensor" from AutohausAZ and it will arrive probably next week.  The other quality of life sensors, temperature and oxygen will be changed if the cam sensor solves the non-starting problem.

Question:

Will the car start if I roll it?  I am asking before I try it because I live on top of an incline and I need to put the car in the garage to fix it.  If I roll it downhill and it does not start, I cannot bring it back up.  The car has a tankful of gas and the spark plugs were changed last week.  So barring anything else, other than the sensor, the car should start - famous last words.
