I don't have a step by step per-se, but can tell you how to do it.

Remove front bumper skin and bumper. Remove head lights and the associated
brackets and hardware. Remove the center section of the upper radiator
support. NOW you are free to start removing the radiator like you would
normally be inclined to. Except now it will actually come out.

This sounds brutal, but in fact is not that bad. Take some pictures along
the way or mark the little bits and pieces, as some of the hardware took a
while to puzzle back together.
