[V8] Wheel Bearing?

On your seat heater, my Expedition had the same problem. I fixed it by adding a 
small section of very fine strand flexible wire to the burned out section. I 
used small crimp connectors. So far so good - we just took a long trip and used 
it a lot. 
Or you could just replace the heater element too. Not sure what it costs for 
the Audi, but the Ford one was $175 so I figured an attempt at a fix was worth 
it.
