[V8] speedo whacko

"All other functions on my IC seem to be OK with the possible exception that
the fuel guage does not go all the way to full after a fillup. It stops at a
little over 7/8ths reading. I think that is the sender because it started
years ago when I cleaned my fuel pump screen."

I Have never touched my Sender or fuel pump and mine doesn't read properly.
It goes down 1/4 tank from full at around 30 miles after fill up.
