[V8] IC cluster (again)

Well, haven't done mine yet, but mom's worked out just fine. I have to slap
the dash every once in a while when gas and temp gauges are dead and they do
come to life. I also noticed on my car that when the oil pressure warning
comes on / flashes (IC problem) the oil pressure gauge also fluctuates with
the warning light -- between 1/8" and 1/16". I'll be happy when that's
taken care of -- possibly this weekend.
