[V8] IC cluster (again)

Sounds like the same thing going on with mine. Instead of the oil pressure
light and buzzer I have the seatbelt warning lamp and buzzer that is somehow
connected with the problem.  I think the cluster is toast as I do not know
what else to do except wait and find a good used one for sale.  Thanks.
