It's Toluene -- but that may not be your problem.  How's the water temp on
the gauge?  I'd first suspect a stuck thermostat because the engine isn't
reaching operating temp soon enough.  Toluene may help in the power dept....

Several years ago we had a discussion about using Teoulen (spelling?) as a
gas attative/ booster. Does anyone remember this?
With the onset of winter gas here in the east, my wife's mpg's have
plummeted. There are no codes and it runs like a champ otherwise. Can anyone
tell me the proper mix % and how often I can use it?
