[V8] Buzzing from the passenger side dash.

Howdy all,

 

When I got into my car today after having resealed the valve cover gaskets
last night, there was a noticeable buzzing sound coming from the passenger
side dash board.  It almost sounded like the speakers do when the capacitors
are going bad.  My car did it's usual flutter being that it was a cold
engine, and the sound fluttered with the engine.  Once the fluttering spell
was over, the sound went away.  

 

Haven't heard it since, but my engine was warm for the rest of the day.
We'll see what tomorrow brings.

 

Anyone have this happen before?

 

Plus last week, when I started the car up, there was a relay that was
bouncing back and forth making a loud clicking sound in the aux relay panel.
I suspect that it was the seat heater relay, because when I turned them on
and off the next day it made the same sound.
